Ken and I with the dolls house
As a child I had a dolls house that my father had made for me. It was a scale model of the house we lived in at the time and I loved it! Sadly, I no longer have this lovely house, just one photo and lots of memories. I have my mother to blame/thank for getting me interested in dolls houses as an adult. I am an avid smurf collector and had always thought of dolls houses as her thing until I caught the bug myself! Now I have 6 houses in various stages of completion and have the enviable task of trying to juggle my limited budget between this fascinating hobby, smurfs and the garden!
